次高频逆变直流点焊机是我公司研制生产的一种全新的电阻焊机。该产品采用目前世界上最先进的高频逆变技术、全桥软开关技术和DSP数字控制技术；输出频率一万赫兹。具有变压器体积小、输出功率大、焊接成型好、焊接飞溅少、控制精度高等特点。在焊接多层镀锌钢板和高强度钢板时，不但焊点质量好，而且可以做到基本无飞溅。本产品共获得国内发明专利四项，实用新型专利十五项，软件著作权证书三项，另有两项国际发明专利正在接受专利指定国的审查。

该产品具有以下特点：

1、变压器体积小，重量轻，不但实现了变压器和焊钳的一体化，也有利于减轻机器人焊钳的整体重量。

2、焊钳伺服电动缸可采用进口的中空电机，也可以采用我公司自主研发并获得多项专利的电动缸。进口的中空电机采用行星滚柱丝杠，其使用寿命是普通滚珠丝杠的5-10倍。我公司生产的电动缸结构设计合理，噪音低，刚性强，使用寿命长，维护简单。

3、获得多项外观专利的机器人焊钳本体，采购航空铝加工，刚性好，强度高，变形量小，对提高焊接质量，起到了很好的保障作用。

4、焊接主机与机器人通讯采用DEVICENET协议，也可根据用户要求，配置个性化通讯模块。

作为国家十二五重大专项“基于机器人的汽车焊装自动化生产线”项目的承担者之一，次高频电动伺服机器人专用直流点焊机已经被一汽轿车公司的D009车型的地板线、M3车型的主焊线等多款车型采用；该产品还于2013年成功中标上海通用汽车D2UX平台机器人点焊机项目，数十台次高频逆变直流机器人专用电动伺服点焊机，专门用于该项目的高强度钢板焊接。
