间接式转盘式自动喷砂机本机特点:

1.采用小转盘旋转式输送工件，不会积砂，小转盘速度配合喷砂工艺要求可实现变频调速；

2.大转盘间歇回转，小转盘公转，多工位同时加工； 

3. 喷Q组可水平、垂直移动，亦可多角度摆动。

4.采用先进的上旋风分离系统配置，粉尘分离效果好，喷砂效率高；

5.采用PLC电气先进控制系统，自动化程度高，稳定性好，故障率低；

6.喷嘴采用特制高耐磨碳化硼材料，使用寿命长；

8.转台自动间歇回转（也可设计连续旋转），运行稳定.

9.所有动作都经过PLC控制。有自动、停止、手动三种状态，自动用于喷砂作业；停止用于休息；手动用于检修作业，各机构可单独由按钮操作，并相关机构互锁。

8. The turntable automatically rotates intermittently (continuous rotation can also be designed), and the operation is stable.

9. All actions are controlled by PLC. There are three states: automatic, stop, and manual, which are used for sandblasting automatically; stop for rest; manual for maintenance operations. Each mechanism can be operated by a button alone, and related mechanisms are interlocked.

10. There are 2 emergency stop buttons to prevent accidents.

间接式转盘式自动喷砂机优点：

1.机壳采用2.5-6mm冷扎钢板焊接制成，表面喷漆，喷砂区的关键部位贴有硅胶皮

2.喷砂舱内可根据客户要求设多只喷Q，喷Q内配有8mm大的碳化硼喷嘴，喷Q用固定架固定，可自动摆动，喷枪摆动可调速喷砂距离、角度和位置完全可根据用户的产品需要进行调整。

3.本机采用全自动化单人喷砂作业，智能化微电脑控制，真正做到安全生产。

4.小转盘单独由一个电机带动，转速由变频器作无级调速，喷枪组采用固定结构，可调节喷射距离、角度以达到最佳喷砂效果。

5.喷头可任意摆动，能调节速度及出砂量，大转盘采用接近开关控制定位，定位精准，每次旋转一个工位90°,每个工位清理1个工件,可间歇连续长时间工作

6.本机配有上旋风分离器，能将可继续使用的磨料和无用的粉尘进行自动分离保存，因此磨料可循环使用，从而大大降低磨料消耗，做到节约成本.

7.本机设计全密封式作业，并配有集尘箱，能将清理过程中产生的所有粉尘进行储存。
