防溅带描述
Anti splashing tape is For preventing outbreak of a fire caused by a splash of combustible oil, such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, etc. from oil pipes connected to an engine or a generator in a ship's engine room. Amended SOLAS regulation IIU-2/15.2.11 stipulate that oil fuel line shall be screened or otherwise suitably protected to avoid as far as practicable oil spray or oil leakage onto hot surfaces, into machinery air intakes, or other sources of ignition. Pipings, valves, pressure gauges, or any other auxiliary parts become loose due to vibration, fatigue, deterioration of material, excess tension, and tend to be damaged with a pinhole or crack. Covering with this anti-splashing tape to protect the exhaust pipe and other high temperature equipments from being exposed to splashes of combustible oil and preventing possible occurrence of a fire. The tape consists of aramid woven cloth superimposed with aluminium foil on both sides, and an adhesive agent is applied to one side and covered by a separator film.

防溅带特点：
经修订的《海上人命安全公约》第IIU-2/15.2.11条规定，应屏蔽或以其他方式适当保护燃油管路，以尽可能避免燃油喷射或泄漏到热表面、机械进气口或其他火源。管道、阀门、压力表或任何其他辅助零件因振动、疲劳、材料劣化、过度张力而松动，并容易因针孔或裂纹而损坏。用该防溅胶带覆盖，以保护排气管和其他高温设备免受可燃油的飞溅，并防止可能发生的火灾。胶带由两侧叠有铝箔的芳纶织物组成，一面涂有粘合剂，并由隔离膜覆盖。当正确应用时，胶带可承受18 kgf/cm2的显著压力。
防溅带应用：
管道、阀门、压力表或任何其他辅助零件因振动、疲劳、材料劣化、过度张力而松动，并容易因针孔或裂纹而损坏。用该防溅胶带覆盖，以保护排气管和其他高温设备免受可燃油的飞溅，并防止可能发生的火灾。
