自动称重分选机的工作过程如下：

称重过程

1、前端输送机构：将被测物体传送到称重机构，一方面给物体一个初始速度，使得进人称重机构后，更快地达到稳定；另一方面，对前端物料起到隔离减震的作用，保证测量精度。

2、中间称重机构：该部分是整个机械系统中最关键的部分，它的结构设计和安装精度直接影响到系统的测量精度。由输送电机，光电监测部分和称重传感器组成。完成对物体进行动态称重。

3、后端分选机构：该部分是分选的动作部分，由输送部分、气动阀、料斗等组成。完成对物件不合格部分进行剔除和分选。剔除方式可设定为吹气、推杆、拨杆、跌落等多种方式。

报告反馈

自动称重分选机都具有重量信号反馈功能，通常将设定数量的产品的平均重量反馈到包装/填充/罐装机的控制器里，控制箱将对加料量进行动态调节使得产品的平均重量更接近于目标值。

除了反馈功能外，检重秤还能提供丰富的报表功能，每区包装数量、每区总量、合格数量、合格总量、平均值、标准偏差及总数量和总累计。
