夹层锅的注意事项

1、 投料前应先在夹层锅内注入少量清水，打开底部球阀，然后再打开进气阀，待宝利菲尔锅体夹层内的冷空气排尽后，关闭球阀，当压力表指针上升至夹层锅设定的工作压力时，调定安全阀，使其达到本设备规定的泄压值时，自动放气，此时可关闭进气阀停止供气。

2、将宝利菲尔夹层锅刷洗干净，投入物料，应缓慢打开进气阀，待物料达到所要求的温度和预定的加热时间时，关闭进气阀。打开排污阀，放出蒸汽，使夹层锅内压力为零，立式夹层锅，可转动手轮，使锅体倾斜，进出卸料。至此，既完成一次作业

3、每进行一次作业，均应开启排污阀，排出宝利菲尔锅体夹层内的泠凝水，如夹层内水量过大，则应检查阻汽排水器是否发生故障，以保证热交换的正常进行，以免延长操作时间，影响工效。

4、为保持清洁，每使用一次，即应清洗一次。

5、可倾式夹层锅在使用前应检查转动部位润滑是否良好，应将油杯中注满润滑脂并将涡轮、蜗杆的咬合处，注入适量润滑脂

6、停止进气后，应将宝利菲尔夹层锅锅底的直嘴旋塞开启，放完余水。

3. For each operation, the sewage discharge valve should be opened to discharge the cooling water in the interlayer of Polyfil pot body. If the amount of water in the interlayer is too large, the steam-blocking drain should be checked to ensure the normal heat exchange, so as to avoid prolonging the operation time and affecting the work efficiency.

4. In order to keep clean, every time it is used, it should be cleaned once.

5. Tilting sandwich pan should check whether the lubrication of rotating parts is good before use. The oil cup should be filled with grease and the bite of turbine and worm should be injected with appropriate amount of grease.

6. After stopping the air intake, the straight-mouth cock at the bottom of the Polyfil sandwich pan should be opened and the remaining water should be released.
