电解板，又称电镀锌板，即利用电解，在制件表面形成均匀、致密、结合良好的金属或合金沉积层的过程。与其他金属相比，

锌是相对便宜而又易镀覆的一种金属，属低值防蚀电镀层。被广泛用于保护钢铁件，特别是防止大气腐蚀，并用于装饰。

镀覆技术包括槽镀(或挂镀)、滚镀（适合小零件）、自动镀和连续镀（适合线材、带材）。电解板的钣金折弯系统，精度准确、柔性更强，

适合各种高精度钣金加工。

Electrolytic plate, also known as electrogalvanized plate, is the process of using electrolysis to form a uniform, dense,

well-bound metal or alloy deposits on the surface of the assembly. Compared with other metals, zinc is a relatively cheap and easy to coat metal,

a low value corrosion plating. It is widely used to protect steel parts, especially against atmospheric corrosion, and is used for decoration.

Coating techniques include tank plating (or hanging plating), rolling plating (suitable for small parts), automatic plating, and continuous plating

(suitable for wire, strip). The sheet metal bending system of the electrolytic plate is more accurate and more flexible,

which is suitable for all kinds of high-precision sheet metal processing.
