酸洗板卷是以优质热轧薄板为原料，经酸洗机组去除氧化层，切边，精整后，表面质量和使用要求（主要是冷弯成型或冲压性能）

介于热轧板和冷轧板之间的中间产品，是部分热轧板卷和冷轧板卷理想的替代产品。又叫热轧酸洗板带,是以热轧钢卷带为原料，经酸洗后，

表面质量和使用要求介于热轧板卷和冷轧板卷之间的中间产品。与热轧板相比，酸洗板卷的优势主要在于：表面质量好、尺寸精度高、

表面光洁度的提高、外观效果的增强以及减少用户分散酸洗造成的环境污染。另外酸洗产品跟热轧产品相比较，由于表面氧化铁皮已经去除，

因而焊接较容易，也利于涂油、上漆等表面处理。 一般热轧产品的表面质量等级是FA，酸洗产品是FB，冷轧产品是FB/FC/FD。

酸洗产品可以代替冷轧产品做一些结构件，也就是以热代冷。

is the hot rolled steel coil tape as raw material, after pickling,

the surface quality and use requirements between the hot rolled plate coil and cold rolled plate coil between the intermediate products.

Compared with hot rolled plate, the advantages of pickling coil are mainly: good surface quality, high size accuracy, improvement of surface finish,

enhancement of appearance effect and reduction of environmental pollution caused by user scattered pickling. In addition,

pickling products compared with hot rolled products, because the surface of the iron oxide skin has been removed, so the welding is easier,

but also conducive to the oil coating, paint and other surface treatment. The surface quality grade of general hot rolled products is FA, the pickling product is FB,

and cold rolled product is FB / FC / FD. Acid washing products can replace cold rolled products to do some structural parts, that is, heat instead of cold.
