Potato refining and separating m achine is a kind of starch processing equipment, which takes fresh potato and dried potato as m ain raw m aterials and processes these raw m aterials into starch. The operators can only work after m astering the perform ance, mechanical structure and operation rules of the equipment. In case of equipment failure during operation, the following repair and m aintenance measures shall be taken:

1. When using the separator, the disc clearance should be adjusted to about 0.5mm. During operation, the upper handle should be screwed tightly, and then it can be backed back 90 degrees. If the m ain shaft of the crushing separation and pulp separator collides, the m achine should be stopped for inspection immediately. If the bearing is da m aged, the bearing of the sa me type should be replaced in time; the pulverizing unit works If it is found that the a mmeter of the crushing separator is overloaded for a long time, the feeding a mount of the cleaning m achine should be adjusted.

Special attention is: Planer separator and grinding separator must strictly prevent iron and stone and other hard debris into the m achine, so as to avoid da m age to m achine parts.

2. Main points for m aintenance and repair of the whole m achine: lubricating oil and grease should be added to the drive bearings of sm all potato milling equipment, especially the oil cups at both ends of the m ain shaft of the grinding separator and the planer separator. Calcium based grease should be added once every 48 hours of operation, and the whole m achine should be m aintained regularly once a month;

All electrical equipment and driving belts on the single m achine of pulverizing unit shall not be wet or watered, so as to avoid short circuit or belt slipping accident; if the transmission belt is found to be slipping, the rack should be removed and replaced with a new tooth on the other side for continuous use; after the potato flour milling unit is out of service, the whole m achine should be repaired and m aintained, and the bearing should be cleaned and filled with lubricating oil and grease. All electrical equipment should be provided with moisture-proof measures to avoid affecting the perform ance and service life of the equipment.
