搪瓷管经900℃高温焙烧，冷却后搪瓷与钢板粘结在一起。由于搪瓷的线膨胀系数和延伸率小于钢板，因此冷却后搪玻璃的变形量小于钢板的变形量，搪瓷受到钢板的约束产生压应力。搪瓷管制成后，其搪玻璃即存在预压缩应力，而钢板则存在预拉伸应力。

搪瓷管道三点让您终生受用

1 生产工艺先进

热喷涂玻璃（釉）防腐管道，类似搪瓷管道。但这是没有窑炉的生产工艺，属国内首创、国际的无机防腐新技术（因为玻璃和搪瓷是同样的材质不同的工艺）。

一般有机涂层容易老化，而无机玻璃釉涂层老化，玻璃釉与金属复合后上百年不变质不老化，因此可以大幅度地提高管道的使用寿命。

烟道再燃烧

现象：

1.排烟温度不正常升高；

2.水平烟道再燃时，烟气含氧量下降，主汽温度异常升高；

3.竖井烟道再燃时，一、二次风温升高，省煤器出口水温升高；

4.炉膛负压波动大；引风机电流不正常地波动；

5.烟道从不严密处冒烟火；严重时防爆门动作。

原因：

1.运行中的风煤配比严重失调；

2.启动过程中，油枪雾化不良，同时长时间燃油运行；

3.煤粒过细或炉膛负压过大；一次风速过高；

4.床面结焦后没有及时停止给煤；

5.返料器经常堵灰或旋风分离器效率太低；

6.点火、停炉及低负荷运行烟速低，烟道内堆积未燃尽的可燃物。

处理：

1.对燃烧段烟道受热面吹灰，必要时降低负荷；

2.若经处理无效，排烟温度升高200℃时，紧急停炉；

3.全停风机的，密闭锅炉燃烧、风烟系统严禁通风；

4.保持锅炉连续进水冷却省煤器，开启对空排汽门；

5.投入灭火装置或用蒸汽吹灰；

6.经检查确认无火源，并接近正常烟温时，可开引风挡板通风冷却。
