0ZCG车规AEC-Q系列1812贴片自恢复保险丝
0ZCG系列是符合AEC-Q标准的1812芯片尺寸、表面安装PTC可复位保险丝,具有快速跳闸时间和低DCR电阻。

注意事项:
1.超出规定的额定值或使用不当可能导致损坏和可能的电弧和/或火焰。
2.这些聚合物PTC(PPTC)装置用于保护针对偶尔出现的过电流/超温故障条件并且可能不适合在重复使用的应用中使用预计会出现和/或延长故障条件。
3.避免PTC装置与化学溶剂接触。延长接触可能会对PTC性能产生不利影响。
4.这些PTC装置可能不适用于带有大电感,因为PTC跳闸会产生电路电压峰值高于PTC额定电压。
5.这些装置可用于提供的直流和交流电路当携带交流电时,峰间线电压不超过PTC的Vmax额定值。
由于PTC本质上是热设备,PTC携带的交流电流的RMS值将产生跳闸参数和跳闸时间与直流电机类似相同大小的电压。
6.如果强制进行灌封,应避免使用刚性灌封化合物封装PTC并防止其体积膨胀至正确响应跳闸事件。
