德国《DE LOCKE》洛克进口气动圆形插板式刀闸阀是一种闸板与阀座始终紧密接触密封的阀门，其原理是闸板上开有一个通径大小的圆口，通过闸板启闭使得闸板上圆口跟通径做完全脱离和相吻合的动作。此阀门的优点在于阀体通径无凹槽，介质不会卡阻堵塞，并且具有全通径流通特性，适合粉体颗粒介质的管道中使用。其密封结构可以分软密封、硬密封结构。洛克气动圆形插板式刀闸阀是具有精密构造，工艺性好，结构紧凑等特点，密封阀座为活动结构设计，有防磨损和自动补偿功能，因而寿命更长。在关闭和开启过程中阀座跟闸板一直紧贴运动，使得阀门启闭力稳定，并且具有切断介质等特点。根据客户要求可配电磁阀、限位开关、过滤器等。

 

四、进口气动圆形插板式刀闸阀产品维护：

1、手轮、手柄及传动机构均不允许作起吊用，并严禁碰撞。

2、双闸板闸阀应垂直安装（即阀杆处于垂直位置，手轮在顶部）。

3、带有旁通阀的闸阀在开启前应先打开旁通阀（以平衡进出口的压差及减小开启力）。

4、带传动机构的闸阀，按产品使用说明书的规定安装。

5、如果阀门经常开关使用，每月至少润滑一次。

4、 Maintenance of imported pneumatic circular gate valve with disc knife:
1. Hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
2. The double gate valve should be installed vertically (i.e. the stem is in the vertical position and the hand wheel is at the top).
3. The gate valve with bypass valve should be opened before opening (to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force).
4. The gate valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the product manual.
5. If the valve is used frequently, lubricate it at least once a month.
