进口卫生级U型三通隔膜阀结构特点:

1、无菌隔膜阀独特的密封结构，杜绝了卫生死角，有利于介质自动排空和更利于CIP/SIP流程。

2、无菌隔膜阀根据其结构特点：推荐15~30角度安装(根据不同规格而定)，有利于阀门清洗后完全排泄，不易造成液体滞留阀门内部。

3、阀体采用CNC精密加工，保证了阀腔的密封面与膜片孤度的吻合，减少了膜片的摩擦，延长其膜片的使用寿命。阀腔表面抛光可根据客户要求进行机械或电解抛光，抛光度可达到0.25um。

4、软性弹性材料制成的隔膜对于那些被纤维团、固体颗粒、催化物等污染的工作介质不会产生敏感的反应，一般来说也不会因此影响到阀门的工作和密封。根据工作或消毒的温度，以及工作介质的化学特性，可以选择不同材料。

5、由于不同工况下将选用不同类型的阀门和材质，在选择阀体和隔膜以前，必须对一个产品的运用进行分析，尤其针对化学医药方面的运用，和高温所导致的化学反应。通过有效的化学数据或*认证，对材质的适宜性进行检测。以此确保产品的使用安全性和长期有效性。

6、典型的隔膜固定方法为螺钉固定。与开孔固定形成对比，这种固定方式将受力面积分散至螺栓整个表面上，这是以防真空条件下，破坏隔膜的机械连接。
