进口石油化工流程衬氟离心泵产品特点：

1.LHF石油化工流程衬氟离心泵是采用的标准管路按API610规范设计。适用于长期输送任意浓度的强酸、碱、盐、强氧化剂等多种腐蚀性介质，其壳体采用碳钢外壳内衬聚全氟乙丙烯（FEP）及过流部件全部用塑料合金（PTFE、FEP）制成，集多种塑料泵之优点，具有耐腐蚀性强、耐磨性好、机械强度高、不老化、无毒素分解特点。该泵具有耐腐、耐磨、耐高温、运转平稳、结构先进合理、密封性能严格可靠、拆卸检修方便、使用寿命长等优点。

1.泵体、叶轮和泵盖采用CFD计算机流体力学设计水力部件进行模块设计和模压烧结而成。氟塑料（PTFE、FEP、PFA）是当今世界*进耐腐蚀材料（俗称：塑料王），可输送任意浓（强）度的酸、碱、氧化剂等腐蚀性介质而毫不受损； 

2.泵体和轴承架用中间连接段连接。根据不同的工况条件，中间连接段可采用不同的材质，避免输送强腐蚀介质时轴承架、轴承严重腐蚀。同时中间连接段设有水冷腔，通冷却循环水，阻隔高温介质将高温传到轴承上。 

3.叶轮可用闭式、半开式、开式三种。可输送清洁，含颗粒，含少量气体介质。也可输送高温、低温、强腐蚀介质。叶轮设有平衡孔加耐腐环，平衡轴向力。具有流道宽、效率高、汽蚀余量性能好、径向力小、尺寸、流道光洁和互换性好等特点； 

4.密封形式可采用单、双端面机械密封，集装式单端面机械密封。对磨的密封面可选配：碳化硅、无压烧结碳化硅、陶瓷、四氟等材料，以达到输送各种介质的要求，保证了机封的使用寿命。根据不同情况和用户对冷却与冲洗要求，密封可按API682设计规范从案中选用。

5.轴承架设计有空冷散热片、风冷风扇三种形式，用户可根据使用工况选用。轴承由油环从油箱里溅稀油润滑。油箱内的油由水冷腔的水冷却，轴承内的热由冷水带走，以保证轴承随时处于正常工作状态。

1. LHF petrochemical process fluorine lined centrifugal pump is designed according to API610 standard pipeline. 1. The pump body, impeller and pump cover are designed by CFD computer fluid dynamics, and hydraulic components are designed by module design and molding sintering. They can transport acid, alkali, oxidant and other corrosive media of any concentration (strength) without damage;
2. The pump body and the bearing frame are connected by the middle connecting section. According to different working conditions, different materials can be used in the middle connecting section to avoid serious corrosion of bearing frame and bearing when conveying strong corrosive medium. At the same time, the middle connecting section is provided with a water-cooling chamber to pass the cooling circulating water to block the high-temperature medium and transmit the high temperature to the bearing.
3. Impeller can be closed, semi open and open. Can transport clean, containing particles, containing a small amount of gas medium. Can also transport high temperature, low temperature, strong corrosive media. The impeller is equipped with balance hole and anti-corrosion ring to balance the axial force. It is characterized by wide flow channel, high efficiency, good NPSH performance, small radial force, smooth flow channel and good interchangeability;
4. Single and double face mechanical seal and cartridge single face mechanical seal can be adopted. The sealing surface of the grinding machine can be matched with silicon carbide, pressureless sintered silicon carbide, ceramics, tetrafluoroethylene and other materials to meet the requirements of conveying various media and ensure the service life of the machine seal. According to different conditions and user's requirements for cooling and flushing, the seal can be selected according to api682 design specification.
5. The bearing frame is designed with air-cooled radiator and air-cooled fan, which can be selected by users according to working conditions. The bearing is lubricated by oil ring splashing thin oil from the oil tank. The oil in the oil tank is cooled by the water in the water cooling chamber, and the heat in the bearing is taken away by the cold water to ensure that the bearing is in normal working condition at any time.
