三、进口高温高压安全阀安装说明：

1、阀门必须垂直安装在设备的位置。

2、主安全阀紧固在支座上，支座承受主安全阀排汽时产生的反座力。

3、排汽管应有专门吊架，排汽管重量不得加在主安全阀上，主安全阀与排汽管之间的连接法兰应消除任何的附加预应力。

4、排汽管的*点应考虑疏水，以免排汽时产生水击。

4. Drainage should be considered at the lowest point of exhaust pipe to avoid water hammer during exhaust.

德国《DE LOCKE》洛克进口高温高压安全阀在系统中起安全保护作用。当系统压力超过规定值时，安全阀打开，将系统中的一部分气体/流体排入大气/管道外，使系统压力不超过允许值，从而保证系统不因压力过高而发生事故。 进口高温高压安全阀用于350℃以上工况条件时，大都采用加散热器或将阀盖做成花篮式，以便弹簧能更好的散热，使弹簧始终保持能在350℃以下工作，确保其刚度不变，从而保证安全阀的正确开启和回座及其他性能要求。
