进口焊接闸阀工作原理：

闸阀是只能做全开或者全关的，不能作为调节流量的阀门使用。他的工作原理就是闸阀随闸杆一起作上升或者下降做直线运动，阀杆上有梯形螺纹，通过阀门顶端的螺母以及阀体上的导槽，来实现阀杆的上下运动，阀杆带动闸板运动。闸板的运动方向与管道流体介质方向是垂直的。

Working principle of imported welding gate valve:
Gate valve can only be fully open or fully closed, and cannot be used as a valve regulating flow. His working principle is that gate valve moves in a straight line with the gate rod rising or falling together. The valve stem has trapezoidal thread. Through the nut at the top of the valve and the guide groove on the valve body, the valve stem moves up and down, and the valve rod drives the ram to move. The direction of ram movement is vertical to the direction of pipeline fluid medium.

进口焊接闸阀安装要点：

手轮、手柄及传动机构均不允许作起吊用，并严禁碰撞。双闸板闸阀应垂直安装（即阀杆处于垂直位置 , 手轮在顶部 )。带有旁通阀的闸阀在开启前应先打开旁通阀（以平衡进出口的压差及减小开启力 )。带传动机构的闸阀，按产品使用说明书的规定安装。如果阀门经常开关使用 , 每月至少润滑一次。

Installation points of imported welding gate valve:
Hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting and collision is strictly prohibited. Double gate valves shall be installed vertically (i.e. stem in vertical position and handwheel at top). The gate valve with bypass valve should be opened before opening (to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force). Gate valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the product instruction. If the valve is used frequently, lubricate at least once a month.
