进口柱塞闸阀结构特点:

1、开关柱塞阀时，柱塞在密封圈中缓慢移动，接触面几乎不磨损。

3、在阀门中柱塞与密封环间采用过盈配合，从而保证了阀门的密封性，杜绝了内外泄漏。

进口柱塞闸阀工作原理:

柱塞式闸阀当手轮旋转时，通过阀杆带动柱塞在孔架中间上下往复运动来完成阀门的开启与关闭功能。在阀门中柱塞与密封环间采用过盈配合，通过调节压盖中法兰螺栓，使密封环压缩所产生的侧向力与阀体中孔面及柱塞外圆密封，从而保证了阀门的密封性。

Working principle of imported plunger gate valve:
When the hand wheel of the plunger gate valve rotates, the valve rod drives the plunger to move up and down in the middle of the hole frame to complete the opening and closing function of the valve. In the valve, the interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring. By adjusting the flange bolts in the gland, the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is sealed with the middle hole surface of the valve body and the cylindrical seal of the column plug, so as to ensure the tightness of the valve.
