进口对夹刀型闸阀采用窄体式设计结构制造的，坚固牢靠的阀座及填料密封性能保证在运行时的可靠性。闸板与阀体贴近设计在开关时形成锋利的刀切效果，可防止介质内杂质的堵塞问题。适用恶劣的工部上使用，如粉状、污垢、泥浆等介质。

                                                                                

进口对夹刀型闸阀安装说明:

1）取掉法兰端两边的保护盖，在阀完全打开的状态下进行冲洗清洁。

（2）安装前应按规定的信号（电动或气动）进行整机测试（防止因运输产生振动影响使用性能），合格后方可上线安装（接线按电动执行机构线路图）。

（3）准备与管道连接前，须冲洗和清除干净管道中残存的杂质（这些物质可能会损坏阀座和球）。

（4）在安装期间，请不要用阀的执行机构部分作为起重的吊装点，以避免损坏执行机构及附件。

（5）本类阀应安装在管道的水平方向或垂直方向。

（6）安装点附近的管道不可有低垂或者承受外力的现象，可以用管道支架或者支撑物来消除管线的偏离。

（7）与管道连接后，请用规定的扭矩交叉锁紧法兰连接螺栓。

Installation instructions for imported pair knife gate valve:
1) Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end, and flush and clean the valve when it is fully open.
(2) Before installation, the whole machine should be tested according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) (to prevent the vibration caused by transportation from affecting the service performance), and it can be installed online only after it is qualified (wiring according to the circuit diagram of electric actuator).
(3) Before preparing to connect with the pipe, the residual impurities in the pipe must be washed and removed (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
(4) During the installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as the lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.
(5) This kind of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
(6) The pipeline near the installation point shall not be sagging or bear external force, and the pipeline support or support can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
(7) After connecting with the pipe, cross lock the flange connecting bolts with the specified torque.
                                                                               

进口对夹刀型闸阀产品维护:

1.手轮、手柄及传动机构均不允许作起吊用，并严禁碰撞。

2.双闸板闸阀应垂直安装（即阀杆处于垂直位置，手轮在顶部）。

3.带有旁通阀的闸阀在开启前应先打开旁通阀（以平衡进出口的压差及减小开启力）。

4.带传动机构的闸阀，按产品使用说明书的规定安装。

5.如果阀门经常开关使用，每月至少润滑一次。

Maintenance of imported wafer gate valve products:
1. Hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
2. The double gate valve shall be installed vertically (i.e. the valve stem is in the vertical position and the hand wheel is at the top).
3. The gate valve with bypass valve should be opened before opening (to balance the pressure difference between inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force).
4. The gate valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the product manual.
5. If the valve is used frequently, lubricate it at least once a month.
