进口带倒流孔平板闸阀结构特点:

①采用浮动阀座，双向启闭，密封可靠，启闭灵活。

②闸板均有导向条给予精密导向，同时密封面均喷焊硬质合金，耐冲蚀。

③阀体承载能力高，通道为直通式，全开时，与闸板导流孔相贯通和直管相似，流阻很小。阀杆采用复合填料，多重密封，使得密封可靠，摩擦力小。

④关闭阀门时，顺时针转动手轮，闸板下移至底部，由于介质压强的作用，将进口端密封座推向闸板方向，形成较大的密封比压，从而形成*道密封。同时，将闸板压向出口端密封座上，成为双重密封。

⑤由于采用双重密封，所以可在不影响管道工作的情况下更换易损件。

⑥开启闸板时，逆时针旋转手轮，闸板上移，导流孔与通道孔相贯通。随着闸板的上升，贯通孔逐渐加大，至极限位置时，导流孔与通道孔相重合，此时全开。

进口带倒流孔平板闸阀工作原理:

1、阀门内部压力相当时，闸板处于闭合状态，阀座表面PTFE密封环形成初始密封，每次阀门开或关时，阀座圈能清洁闸板两侧

2、对阀门施加管理压力时，压力作用于闸板，迫使它贴近出口阀座上PTFE环，压缩它直到闸板停在钢制阀座上，这样，就形成了双重密封，首先是PTFE对金属密封，然后是金属对金属密封，阀座也被牢固地捡到凹槽，在这一点，O形圈阻止任何后部介质流。

3、阀体压力泄放后，形成进口密封，管道压力作用于进口阀座，使其移向闸板，这时形成PTFE对金属的密封，同时，O形圈与阀座凹槽形成紧密的密封

4、阀门自动泄放多余的压力，当阀体压力大于管道压力时，由于热膨胀，进口阀座推向凹槽，阀体内多余的压力在阀座与闸板之间泄放到管道中。

2. In this way, a double seal is formed, first PTFE to metal seal, then metal to metal seal, and the valve seat is firmly picked up to the groove. At this point, the O-ring prevents any back medium flow.
3. After the pressure of the valve body is released, the inlet seal is formed. The pipeline pressure acts on the inlet valve seat and makes it move to the ram. At this time, the PTFE metal seal is formed. At the same time, the O-ring and the groove of the valve seat form a tight seal
4. When the valve body pressure is greater than the pipeline pressure, the inlet valve seat is pushed to the groove due to thermal expansion, and the excess pressure in the valve body is discharged into the pipeline between the valve seat and the gate.
