一、仪器工作原理：

YVM-CNC龙门全自动光学影像测量仪工作原理：被测工件（置于工作台上）由LED表面光或轮廓光（在底座内）照明后，经变焦距物镜与彩色CCD摄影机罩壳内摄取被测零件影像，再通过S端子传送至计算机及显示器上，软件在显示器上产生的视频十字线为基准，对其进行瞄准测量，通过工作台带动光学尺与在X、Y方向上移动，取空间各点坐标值，由转接卡至计算机，对测量坐标值进行编程自动几何运算，完成各种数据自动测量和数据自动采集工作。

二、应用领域：

广泛用于航空航天、大型汽车零部件平面尺寸、科研教学、电工电子、玻璃盖板、LCP胶片、PCB线路板孔位及外形尺寸、大尺寸丝印网板、塑胶板、背光源板、大尺寸冲压件、太阳能反光板、TFT面板外型尺寸、LTPS 、OLED面板外型尺寸、32′-85′电视机面壳外形及各个孔位等尺寸精度检测。

三、仪器功能：

一、仪器特点Instrument features：

   7、视频线接头加压处理，长期传输图像稳定、无雪花等异常。

    11、4环8区表面环形光和轮廓光均采用连续可调的LED冷光源，避免造成被测物体的热变形，使用寿命长。

13、进口数字高清晰彩色CCD，RGB还原性高，高清晰影像效果，白平衡自动调节，高品质画面，经过特殊处理光源，在大倍率下图像照度依然明亮，产品颜色失真小，图像边界更清晰。

14、采用4环8区表面环形光，控制角度广，兼容量测零件复杂形状面积更多，亮度软件控制，产品的每一个细微特征都可扑捉。

15、可实现Z轴非接触式影像精确测量和平面度测量。

五、 the image, give cuYR-CNC测量软件简介YR-CNC Software Introduction：

1、全中文界面（语音可选择）、鼠标直接点击操作，智能型简便易学易用。

       Full Chinese interface (voice optional), mouse click operation, smart model more easier to

learn and use.

2、对一般几何测量圆、点、线、面、椭圆、圆弧、槽形、O形环、距离、角度、开云线、闭云线等，可以自动抓取量测数据，精确度稳定。

 As for general geometrical measuring circle, point, line, surface, ellipse, arc,trough, O-ring, distance, angle, open cloud line, closed cloud line ect,it can automatically capture measuring data  and it have steady accuracy.

3、测量方法多样（自动判别测量、采点测量、对比测量、公差对比测量、预置元素等），可以满足用户不同需求，大大提高使用的方便性和测量精度。

4、测量工件可任意摆放，软件具有强大的坐标平移、旋转或重新设置功能。

5、可以在影像上对所测元素直接进行尺寸标定，给客户以清晰、直观的感觉。

6、无论规则与不规则形状工件只需鼠标框选，图形自动寻边找点，进行二维图形抄数。

7、实现DXF格式的输入和输出，还可保存BMP图片以及用户程序格式。

十四、环境要求Environmental requirements：

    1、工作温度：18℃～22℃(可保证精度)。

   working temperature:18℃～22℃(guarantee accuracy).

2、工作电压：220 V ± 10%。

   working voltage:220 V ± 10%.

    3、用电设备要求接地可靠：接地电阻小于4欧姆。

       Electrical equipment requires ground and reliable:grounding resistance less than 4 ohms.

十五、培   训Training：

    1、培训地点：客户现场培训及本公司培训部。培训时间：三天。培训内容：设备使用及维护，参加人员为两人, 参加培训人员一般要求具备计量基础知识及计算机应用知识。

       Training Location:provide customer site training or training in our company.

       Training time: three days.

       Training content: equipment use and maintenance,participants need two peoples who require has measuring basic knowledge and computer application knowledge.

    2、费用：食宿差旅费自理。

        Cost: accommodation and travel expenses charge by yourselves.

十六、运费及装机费用Freight and installation costs：

    1、本报含内陆运输费用（仅针对中国大陆地区）。所有的包装箱需要在源兴光学仪器工程师监督和认可的情况下才能开启，根据需要，用户需提供内部运送及拆装支持。

       The quotation include transportation costs (only for mainland China). All box shall be openedneed Yuanxing engineer’s supervision and approval.According to demand, the customer must provide internal transportation and disassembling.

     2、境外客户，运输和报关另外报价，由客户端承担。

        Foreign customers, transport and customs declaration in addition to offer,client charge the cost.

     3、吊装及叉车费用由客户端承担。

        Client charge the lifting and forklift costs.

十七、售后服务After-sales service：

    1、设备在售后12个月内免费维修。如果是人为的损坏故障则要按被损坏的部件的实际价格来收取费用。

       Instrument free maintenance within 12 months after sale. If the problem is man-made damaged,customer should charge the cost for the part of damage.

    2、广东省内：公司在接到客户的电话后在48小时内赶到现场。

       Guangdong Province: received the customer's phone will rushed to the scene within 48 hours.

    3、广东省以外在72小时内赶到现场，由各办事处工程师处理，办事处有：昆山、厦门、天津、重庆。

        Our office engineerswill rushed to the scene within 72 hours if not Guangdong Province,the office have :Kunshan office,Xiamen office,Tianjing office,Chongqing office.

4、另外如有特殊情况可酌情处理。

   In addition, if there are special situation will be appropriated to deal with.
