手摸起来比较光滑，主要是酸洗之功。热轧板一般表面光洁度达不到要求，所以热轧钢带需冷轧，还有热轧钢带厚度最薄一般在1.0mm，

冷轧可达到0.1mm。热轧是结晶温度点以上的轧制,冷轧是结晶温度点以下的轧制。冷轧对钢材形状的改变属于连续冷变形，

此过程引起的冷作硬化使轧硬卷的强度、硬度上升、韧塑指标下降。
