德山积水PVC发泡助剂助剂Advancell  EM系列是一种新型的特种发泡剂，可膨胀微球发泡剂是一种乳白色的微小球状塑料颗粒，直径10~45微米。当加热到一定温度时，发泡剂的体积可以迅速膨胀增大到自身的几十倍，从而达到发泡的效果。加热的一定温度时，热塑性壳体软化，壳体里面的气体膨胀，发泡剂的体积可以增大到自身得几十倍，同时核壳结构并不破坏，从而达到发泡的效果。

Advancell EM is thermal expandable microsphere with thermoplastic cell containing low boiling point liquid hydrocarbon. When heated, Advancell EM microspheres expands greatly in size; the heat boils hydrocarbon while softens the thermoplastic shell and expands the shell. Because it is hollow balloon, it creates closed cell structure. By selecting the appropriate grade, you can optimize the expansion starting temperature or degree of expansion.
