       本公司生产的流化床包衣机的底喷装置是由一个圆锥形的物料槽及内置的圆柱形隔圈组成，物料槽底部装有不同直径分布孔的导流板，以分隔圈内外的气流状态。隔圈内气流 大，物料在隔圈内高速向上运动，进入扩展室后落入隔圈外，隔圈外物料自动流入隔圈内，如此循环。加液雾化喷嘴安装导流板中心，喷嘴自下向上喷液，方向与物料、气流方向一致。底喷主要用于各种微丸及细粒的功能性包衣。
