它具有热效率高、体积小、出力充足蒸汽品质好等特点。

It'sfeatured by high thermal fficiency,smallsize,sufficient power and good steam quality, etc.

经过我国权威，独立的检测机构-中国上海特种设备检测研究院专家们严格检测，热效率可达 92%以上。

Equipment Inspection,an authoritative and independent testing organization in China, shows that its thermal efficiency can reach more than 92%.

2. 控制系统采用 PLC控制，轻触一下液晶显示的触摸屏，锅炉所需要的功能一目了然

It adopts PLC control system.

 After you press the LED touch screen slightly,you can see the functions required for boiler clearly.  

并且可以根据用户的要求设定程序，使原本笨重的锅炉，也能轻松自如的操作。

Besides, procedures can be set according to requirements of users so that you can operate the heavy boiler easily;

3. 锅炉的燃烧机选用目前世界上市场占有率很高的意大利百得燃烧机，

The boiler adopts the Italian BALTUR burner which gainsvery large market share in the world currently.

由于该机型被世界各国普遍使用 ，

The BALTUR burner has been widely used all over the world,因此备品备件采购很方便，解除了用户的后顾之忧。

so its spare parts can be purchased easily and users will get nothing to worry about;

4. 考虑到出口国距中国上海路途遥远的特殊情况，我公司独自设计了撬装锅炉。

In view of the special circumstance that the export destination is very far away from Shanghai, China, we designed the skid-mounted boiler independently.这种撬台式的锅炉是把一台卧式锅炉安装在一台平台上， The horizontal boiler is installed on a platform.

该平台包括有∶水箱、油箱（燃油锅炉才有）、分气缸、软水器、烟囱并且用管道、仪表、阀门，将锅炉及辅机各部件全部连接好，

Including water tank,oil tank(for fuel boil only),cylinder,water softenerand chimney, and all components of the boiler and auxiliary machines are connected well to form a whole by using the pipe lines, instrument and valves.

使之成为一个整体，在出厂前对锅炉及辅机进行整体调试，达到出厂要求后才包装出厂。 The boiler can be packed and delivered only after overall commissioning of the boiler and auxiliary machines is conducted and reaches the delivery requirements.

5. 该撬装锅炉的特点是 Features of the skid-mounted boiler∶

● 完全符合 20 尺集装箱货柜的内部尺寸要求，使调试好的撬装锅炉装进集装箱更方便，更安全。 It complies with the internal dimension requirement of 20-feet container completely so the well-commissioned skid-mounted boiler can be put into container in a more convenient and safer way.

● 为出口国用户节省了大量的安装费，材料费及出国调试费。

Users at the export destination can save a lot of installation expenses, material expenses and commissioning expenses.

● 到达用户所在国的工地之后，使用者只需要按照使用要求将水、电、油/气的接口接驳好，即可

投入运行，极大方便了国外用户。

After the boiler arives at the site of users at the export destination,usersjust need to connect the water, electricity and oil/gas interfaces according to use requirements so that the boiler is put into use,which brining great convenience to overseas users.

二、 锅炉的主要功能 Main functions of boiler∶

1、点火前吹扫，防止炉膛爆燃功能;

Purge before ignition to prevent boiler hearth from deflagration;

2、燃烧机熄火保护功能

Flameout protection function of burner;

3、缺水保护功能（燃烧机停止工作）;

Insufficient water protection function (Burner stops operating);

4、锅炉超压保护功能（燃烧机停止工作）;

Overpressure protection function of boiler(Burner stops operating);

5、锅炉尾部排烟温度过高保护功能（报警）;

Protection function of too highexhaust gas temperature at the tail of boiler(Alarm):

6、缺油/气报警功能;

Insufficient oil/air alarm function;

7、压力根据实际需要自由设定功能;

Fee setting functions of pressure according to actual needs

8、水泵自动补水功能 ;

Automatic water supplement function of pump;

9、高低水位调节功能;

High and low water level regulating function;
