进口不锈钢截止阀的启闭件是塞形的阀瓣，密封面呈平面或锥面，阀瓣沿流体的中心线作直线运动。阀杆的运动形式，有升降杆式（阀杆升降，手轮不升降），也有升降旋转杆式（手轮与阀杆一起旋转升降，螺母设在阀体上）。截止阀只适用于全开和全关，不允许作调节和节流。

进口不锈钢截止阀施工、安装要点：

1、安装位置、高度、进出口方向必须符合设计要求，连接应牢固紧密。

2、安装在保温管道上的各类手动阀门，手柄均不得向下。

3、安装前必须进行外观检查，阀门的铭牌应符合现行国家标准《通用阀门标志》GB 12220的规定。对于工作压力大于1.0 MPa 及在主干管上起到切断作用的阀门，安装前应进行强度和严密性能试验，合格后方准使用。强度试验的试验压力为公称压力的1.5倍，持续时间不少于5min，阀门壳体、填料应无渗漏为合格。严密性试验的试验压力为公称压力的1.1倍；试验压力在试验持续的时间应符合GB 50243标准要求，以阀瓣密封面无渗漏为合格。

4、手轮、手柄及传动机构，不允许作起吊用。

5、介质的流向应与阀体所示箭头方向一致。

The test pressure of strength test shall be 1.5 times of the nominal pressure, and the duration shall not be less than 5min. The valve shell and packing shall be qualified if there is no leakage. The test pressure of the tightness test is 1.1 times of the nominal pressure; the duration of the test pressure shall meet the requirements of GB 50243, and the valve disc sealing surface is qualified if there is no leakage.

4. Hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed for lifting.

5. The flow direction of the medium shall be consistent with the arrow direction shown on the valve body.
