一、简介

INTRODUCTION

该滤油车是- -种可移动式的滤油装置，有16、 40、63、100、 125五种流量规格。适用于液压、润滑系统灌注新油、分装储运时的过滤或用于设备保养的过滤，亦可用于脏油的回收等。

该滤油车是由电动机、油泵、滤油器等组成，只须将滤油车上的吸油管、出油管插入被过滤设备的油箱中，开动电动机，使存油经滤油车循环过滤，从而提商油箱中(即系统)存油的清洁度，而且在过滤过程中系统仍可照常工作。

(七、使用与维护) USAGE AND MAINTENANCE

1、滤油车启动前应点动电机按钮,确认油泵转向符合滤油车上箭头方向后，方可启动工作。

2、首次使用时，应将油路中空气排出，以免影响过滤效果。排气方法:将精过滤器盖上的放气螺帽(见外形图)松开2-4圈，待排完空气有油液溢出时将其拧紧，再次使用若发现有空气仍按上述方法排气。

3、滤油车在使用过程中，若发现噪声增大，出油量减少等异常情况，其主要原因是吸油管路漏气，吸油不通畅或吸油租滤芯被污染堵塞，此时应及时停车检查吸油软管和接头配合是否有问隙，有间隙或松动会吸入空气引起噪声:软管插入液面下深度不够，最浅深度应保持大于4d(软管通径):吸油管端与油液容器的侧壁或底面保持一定距离，以保证吸油通畅，吸油滤芯是否堵塞，应拆卸吸油过滤器简体，取下滤芯清洗或更换,若是循环过滤，回油管端应插入液面下.

4、若发现精过滤器盖上的压力表表压达到02Mpa时，则说明精滤芯堵塞，这时更换滤芯，如果未及时处理，表压继续上升，当超过0 4Mpa时，安全阀即自动开启，这时出油量将会明显减少，更换滤芯时，应卸下盖板螺栓，取出滤芯。

5、表压上升过程中，突然产生压力下降，则应检查精滤芯是否被击穿或油泵吸空。软管应保持清洁，不使用时应及时将软管口盖封，将软管盘卷挂在简体的吊钩上,注意不得挤扇软管。

If you find the noise increases andl the producing oil amnount redhucingin the course of using the ail ca, the most impart reason is the oil header pipelineleak gas suck ail not pugative a the core of the prede aner is stopped up th ckly by polution You hould stop your Cm end check if there is pace bebwet the tuibe of the ail header and the tie-in asoatif there is space betwe en them, itwill suck al and 810noise. if the depth of the liquid is not enough that the hose insat in, you shou dkeep the dh anetet bigger than 4dThe oil header end and ail container should keep a distanceto enmure suck al thorough If the core of the oil he ader is stopped, you shouldremove it and dea ar replace the core.You shouldinsert the retun tuibe under the lid, ifit is loop fltrate

4. If find the presaure of the extr act flter achieve 02Mpa it means the filter has stopped, andlyou should change the core. If you do not deal with it in time ,the presure will keep uprising,whan it exceed0. 4Mpa rlief valve will tun on aut omuatic. At this mament, the amount of the ail-out will reduce，You shouldr amove the cover plate bolt andtalke ou the corewhen you change the core.

5. If you find the presmure coming down suddenly duing the couse aof the presure gmige niaing you shouldl check: if the core of the extract flter is beat through ar the ail pumpis empty. The tube shoiuld ke ep clean ,and should cover the mouth of the tube & langit while d not use it try not to etrude it inflat.
