卷材用消光粉产品特点：（主要用于油漆、涂料、皮革、卷材）
（一）消光效果好，达到同样哑光和度，使用量较少，可以用来制造半哑、柔光以及全哑涂料。
（二）分散性好，采用普通的高分散机即可生产哑光漆。
（三）透明性好，不会形成雾状；拉伸不返白不变型。
（四）涂料在贮存期内，不会生成硬沉淀。
（五）对涂料干燥、固化无影响。
（六）对涂料重涂性无影响。
（七）漆膜平整光滑、耐抗划性、耐冲击性均很好。
（八）对涂膜的耐久性、耐侯性无影响。

产品特点：
高透明性
本系列产品采用特殊的表面活性介质包覆处理工艺，大大改善了消光粉的折射率，使其遮光系数达到1.47，使之和树脂的折射率1.4-1.6更加接近，从而大大提高了产品的透明性。
高消光率
孔隙率为1.8-2.0毫升/克，并在生产设备和生产工艺上进行了优化，使产品有更窄的粒径分布，从而大大提高了消光效率。
高分散性
通过先进的研磨工艺消光剂在极不利的条件下也非常容易分散，从而缩短操作时间，并且更有利于添加消光剂去调校哑度。
使用方法：
1.如达到感激消光粉的消光效率，建议添加3-10%。
2.由于不同的配方和条件，建议客户在使用前进行试验，确定添加量。
注意事项：
1.客户在装卸 使用和运输过程中，采取必要措施，避免粉尘飞扬。建议堆放高度不超过10层，受挤压会影响产品分散性，请适当延长分散时间。
2.建议使用时开包即用，避免受潮影响使用效果。
High efficiency:
As TSAseries high-geade delusterant powder improves its porosity to 1.8 and dec reases the distribution of micropores and ultra-large pores,the distribution of pores is more symmetrical and greatly improves the efficiency of delusterant;the diameter is narrower so as to reduce the negative influence of small granules on the effect.
Good transparency:
The purity of SIO2in TSA SERIES hige-grade delusterant powder reaches 99.3%,and special method is adopted for surface treatment so that its refraction index reaches 1.47,being close to that of colophony,i.e.1.40-1.60,which greatly improves its transparency in coating film and whose transparency is very close to the level of foreign products so as to avoid low-grade delusterant powder s problem of turning white and blue on the surface.
Easily added and dispersed:
Advanced rubbing technology makes narrower distribution of diameter of granules,so that delusterant can be easily added in any production procedure and can be easily dispersed,which saves the processing time.

Method of Application:
1、Recommended dosage of3%-10%.
2、As different formulations and conditions,suggest the user to test and make sure the dosage before using.
Notes:
1、Customer handling,use and transportation process,should take the necessary measures to avoid dust.Recommended stacking height of not more than 10 layers,by extrusion would affect the dispersion of products,please spread the appropriate extension of time.
2、Recommended to use when opening packages that prevent moisture affect the results.
