一、进口锅炉给水调节阀描述:
德国LOCKE洛克进口锅炉给水调节阀是一种新颖的压力平衡套筒结构高压差调节阀。阀内组件的套筒和阀芯是一种多孔和串级的混合结构,流体先经过套筒窗口进行第一级节流,再经过三级连续串级节流,允许压差大,密封性好,流体通道呈S流线型,流量大,调节阀动态稳定性好。
该阀是火力发电厂锅炉给水系统的重要调节阀之一,也可适用于石油化工等其他工业的自动控制系统控制高压差流体,可配电动执行机构和气动执行机构。
The boiler feed water regulating valve imported from Germany locke is a new type of high pressure differential control valve with pressure balance sleeve structure. The sleeve and valve core of the valve internal components are a kind of mixed structure of porous and cascade. The fluid first passes through the sleeve window for the first stage throttling, and then through the three-stage continuous cascade throttling. The allowable pressure difference is large and the sealing is good. The fluid channel is s-streamline, with large flow rate and good dynamic stability of the control valve.
The valve is one of the important control valves in boiler feed water system of thermal power plant. It can also be used in automatic control system of petrochemical and other industries to control high pressure differential fluid. It can be equipped with electric actuator and pneumatic actuator.

三、进口锅炉给水调节阀主要特点:
1.本系列阀门主要由阀体、阀座、阀蕊、套筒、支架及阀杆等组成。
2.与HF.T47H-100型结构相比,本阀作了重大改进,结构更为紧凑。
3.阀蕊装在套筒内,以套筒内孔为导向,通过阀瓣的上、下移动来改变套筒的流通面积,从而调节流量。
4.套筒设计出不同的流通面积形式,可满足不同的流通能力。
5.本阀拆卸方便,阀内组件更换、维修简单。
6.阀内组件结构新颖,采用套筒节流,有效控制流速在30m/s左右。
7.节流面与阀座密封面分开,有效保护密封面,密封性能优良,使用寿命长。
8.阀内组件采用高强度不锈钢制造,零件表面经过硬化处理,硬度可达到HRC70左右,抗冲刷能力强。
9.阀芯采用压力平衡式结构,减少流体作用在阀芯上的不平衡力。
1. This series of valves are mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, valve core, sleeve, bracket and valve stem.

8. The valve inner assembly is made of high strength stainless steel, the surface of the parts is hardened, the hardness can reach HRC70, and the erosion resistance is strong.
9. The valve core adopts pressure balance structure to reduce the unbalanced force of fluid acting on the valve core.
