三、进口全自动反冲洗排污过滤器工作原理：

1、定时反冲洗排污：定时清洗排污，可设定时间为2-24小时动作。当定时时间到，电动执行器打开排污阀，过滤器进行排污30-60秒，然后电动执行器将转向蝶阀旋转90°至阻挡滤筒位，改变水流途径，进行反冲洗排污30-60秒。转向蝶阀复位，继续排污3-5秒，然后关闭排污口。

2、压差控制排污：压差控制器动作值可设定为0.03-0.07MPa,当过滤器前后压差达到压差控制器设定值时，压差控制器动作，过滤器排污阀开启，30-60秒结束，转向蝶阀复位，继续排污3-5秒，关闭排污阀。

3、手动控制：通过控制箱上按钮，可直接控制清污、排污。

四、进口全自动反冲洗排污过滤器概述：

德国《LOCKE》洛克-进口全自动反冲洗排污过滤器采用高强度的不锈钢网，具有处理量大，使用寿命长、清洗效率高等特点。本机采用智能压差控制、定时控制自动反冲洗过滤网。当过滤器进出口压差达设定值或定时器达到设定时间时，电动控制箱发出信号驱动阀门转动，同时排污阀打开。这时水流被迫从过滤网筒的入口段孔进入滤筒外侧与壳体夹层，反向从滤网外侧冲洗粘附在网孔上的杂质，达到清洁过滤网的目的，当过滤器进出口压差恢复正常或定时器设定时间结束后，电机停止转动，电动排污阀关闭。整个过程中，液体不断流，实现了连续化、自动化生产。
