氢气一般都是贮存在专用的高压气体钢瓶中，使用时通过减压阀使气体压力降至实验所需范围，再经过其它控制阀门细调，使气体输入使用系统。进口氮气瓶减压阀就是将钢瓶中的高压气体减为实验所需的气体压力的减压阀。采用活塞式减压结构，输出压力稳定，主要用于高输入压力要求，最大压力达6000 psig，适用于氢气气体。
